Description of Boiler economizer:
The boiler economizer is installed after superheater or convection tubes, to decrease the exhaust gas temperature efficiency and recover more heat, so that it increases the boiler's heat efficiency and saves much fuel.
The extended heating surface of the boiler economizer reduces the ash erosion, and makes the structure of the heating surface compacted, decrease the air resistance and working medium flow resistance, and cut down meal consumption.
Boiler economizer is reformed to extend the heating surface, to ensure the heat transfer improved at the existing installation space.
Lower the velocity of the flue gas, reduce the erosion, avoid soot formation and low temperature corrosion, and improve the work stability of boiler economizer's heating surface
