Kaineng independently researches and develops the pin tube heat transfer components. Exhaust gas boiler is adopted pin tube enhanced heat transfer components to enlarge heat exchange area 6-8 times and increase the heat transfer coefficient 2 times, so that to improve the heat transfer efficiency more than 14 times. Kaineng pin tube is featured with compact structure, high heat efficiency, less equipment investment, and also with shock-proof, noise reduced, fouling prevented, safe and reliable characters.

*Fin Tubes Production Lines
1.The heating area of double H-fin tube is 7-8times of smooth tube,2-3 times of spiral fin tube. Its rigidity is 3-5 times of single fin tube.
2. H-fin tube is featured with compact structure, less fouling, excellent anti-wear performance, strong rigidity, wonderful effectiveness of waste heat recovery.
3. H fins adopt unique zigzag structure (obtained National patent), with excellent heat transfer coefficient. The welding fusion rate of fins with steel tube can reach up to 98%.
4. H fin tube heat exchanger is with in-line arrangement, to divide the space into a number of small areas, to equalize the air flow. Compared with the staggered smooth tube heat exchanger and spiral fin exchanger, its wearing life is 3-4 times long at the same condition.

Pin tube exhaust gas boiler adopts pin tube to strengthen the extended heating surface of the heat transfer components, the heating surface of both sides of water pipe can be greatly increased, meanwhile the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of pin tube can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation, with advantages of compact structure, high heat efficiency, less equipment investment, and also with shock-proof、 noise reduced、fouling prevented、safe and reliable features
